A booking should only be considered confirmed once the selected package, date, availability, price and other relevant arrangements have been confirmed by Emirates Heritage.
Prices displayed on the website are based on the package information available at the time of publication and may vary depending on the selected experience, vehicle, number of participants, availability or other booking requirements.
The final amount payable should be confirmed before completing the booking.
Where card payment is selected, a 5% VAT charge and an additional 3% card machine charge apply.
Customers may also be offered cash payment where available. The accepted payment method and final payable amount should be confirmed during the booking process.
Some activities, including quad bike and dune buggy experiences, may have age, height, health, driving or other participation requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate participant information before booking and following safety instructions provided for the selected activity.
Pickup and drop-off services are included only where stated in the selected package or confirmed during booking.
Pickup times, activity timings and durations may be affected by traffic, weather, desert conditions, operational requirements or other circumstances.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions and use required protective equipment during applicable activities.
Participation may be refused or stopped where continuing the activity could create a safety concern.
An activity, timing, route or inclusion may occasionally need to be changed because of weather, safety, operational requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a material change affects a confirmed booking, the available options should be communicated to the customer.
Customers should review the package details and disclose relevant information that could affect participation before confirming a booking.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
